Green Gables Shower

Today all of the wonderful people I work with threw me my first baby shower.  Craig and I got to sit in front of people and open a whole ton of loot!  We or I should say baby Smith made out with a load of excellent stuff!  Thank you to all of the amazing people I work with!  Your daily love, support and kindness mean the world to me.  And we truly appreciate the wonderful gifts you have blessed us with!!

Baby Shower Decorations

Yesterday mom and I headed to the party store to start looking at decorations for my baby shower.  We both LOVED the jungle animal theme and went a bit crazy with all that we bought.  Then today I pulled out the cricut and spent some time crafting some table decorations.  Here is what we got and what my craftiness came up with.

Carseat

Yesterday Craig went to play boardgames with some of his friends while I spent the day shopping with mom for baby clothes (of course) and Baby Shower decorations.  When I returned home, Craig had a baby gift from one of the guys he plays games with and his wife.  Upon opening it we found our carseat inside!  We were overjoyed to say the least to receive such an awesome gift!!  Thanks Ed & Dianne!

Tulip Festival

Craig took the day off on Friday for our annual trip to the Skagit Valley for the Tulip Festival.  I was so excited that it was actually sunny out for the first time in what feels like a very long time.  We enjoyed walking around La Connor before visiting the tulip fields!
