First doctor appointment

We just wrapped up our first doctors appointment with miss Penelope. She is a healthy baby! We were happy to hear that she has only lost one ounce which means her feedings are going well! I figured as much but was worried because she likes to fall asleep five minutes in. Were thrilled that she is happy, healthy and doing well!

Some finishing touches...

Over the past few weeks we've been adding some finishing touches to Penny's nursery.  I found the cutest book shelf ever, it is shaped like a doll house and so of course I had to have it.  I got it all put together and set up with some books and stuffed animals.  Then today after slowly but surely working little by little I finally finished the pennant to hang on the wall above her crib.  Here are some pics of the shelf and pennant.

Baby Shower

Wow it's been a while since I have posted a new blog!  So a few weekends ago my mom and Craig's mom threw me a baby shower.  My mom and I spent all Saturday getting ready.  We went grocery shopping, to the mall to get prizes for games and then finished up by decorating my house.  Then Sunday was the big day.  Mary made the most AMAZING baby shower cake ever and then the festivities began.  I of course wasn't in charge of taking pics so I have a limited few to work with until I snag my sister's camera and SD card from her because she captured the most but here is what I have so far.  Enjoy!
