Surprise Shower

Today my class surprised me with a baby shower.  I had a 45 minute computer training that I was attending and while there they decorated the classroom, set up snacks and cake and were all ready by the time I returned.  We had fun playing games like guess the baby's due date and cut string to the size of Mrs. Smith's tummy.  They also brought tons of gifts.  It was a wonderful surprise.  I feel so blessed to have such an amazing class and such amazing parents who did all of the planning and purchasing!!

TD & Kalli's Wedding Weekend

Craig and I just arrived home from my baby brother's wedding in Oklahoma.  We took off for Oklahoma on Thursday morning, arrived in Oklahoma in the early evening and had to navigate in the dark no less our way through many Oklahoma back roads to our lake rental house out on Grand Lake.  After arriving we got settled while we waited for everyone else to arrive.  Altogether there were 13 of us that stayed at the Lake House.  And by about 4 in the morning we were all finally there.  THe next day we slept in and then headed to Kalli's families house on their beautiful Oklahoma farm for a cookout and some chit chat before heading to the church for the rehersal and rehersal dinner.  Wehich were both amazing and beautiful as you will see in the pictures.  That evening my family and I got to enjoy some quality time with TD while all of the other groomsmen went out to a movie and to check out the limited sites of Langley Oklahoma.  Then it was finally the big day!  We slept in again and then enjoyed a big breakfast before all getting dressed up and ready for the wedding.  The boys left about one to head to the church.  Mom, Lu, Sandy, Grandma and I followed not to far behind.  Then it was a few pictures before the ceremonie. The wedding itself was beautiful and I hope that it was all that TD and Kalli hoped and dreamed it to be.  Then it was time for more pictures before heading to the reception to eat good food, dance and enjoy the company of all who joined us in celebrating this special day.  Before too long Kalli and TD were ready to head off on their honeymoon.  And the rest of us were ready to head back to the lake house for a little relaxation before heading home to Washington.  Four forty five arrived way to quickly and we made the almost two hour trek back to Tulsa to catch our flight back home.  All in all it was an amazing weekend full of fun, celebrating and love.  TD and Kalli I love you both so much and hope that you enjoyed your amazing day!!
